## How the public example works

The [product walkthrough](/#demo) follows an incoming rate confirmation through load creation, dispatch review, tracking, an exception, delivery documents, billing, and settlement. In the on-page recovery example, a manager approves a proposed schedule adjustment before the simulated appointment, driver notice, and TMS record change.
